- Clam ligament salad
- Two kinds of appetizers (seaweed paste, baby corn simmered in Tosa style)
Crispy Corn Salad
・Sashimi (3 types) from a soba restaurant
Grilled Atka mackerel with salt
Cold simmered eggplant and okra
Steamed glutinous rice with eel and thick sauce
Okinawan mozuku seaweed with shikwasa citrus flavor
Shrimp and corn tempura (Satsuma style)
• Handmade soba noodles made with 80/20 buckwheat flour every morning
