・Two types of appetizers (Fugu milt mashed with radish and herring roe with wasabi)

・Caesar salad at a soba restaurant

・Soba restaurant sashimi (3 types)

・Dried pufferfish (three-colored chicken wrap)

・Steamed scallops with glutinous rice and thickened sauce

・Fugu skin with ponzu sauce

・Fried eggplant with lotus root and shrimp tempura

・Handmade soba noodles

· Daily dessert

*For an additional 500 yen, you can upgrade to an all-you-can-drink option, expanding your options.

(2 types of plum wine, 5 types of local sake, and 3 types of authentic shochu are also included in the all-you-can-drink option)

*For an additional 1,000 yen, you can add a duck hotpot for 2 or more people (advance reservation required).

*For an additional 300 yen, you can change the [hand-made soba noodles] to [hand-made duck soup soba noodles].
